  • How do I book the property?

    The best way to book a property is through the link in our direct booking site.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit card payments.



  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please refer to your booking confirmation for full details.



  • Are there any additional fees?

    Outside of your booking fee, damage protection, cleaning fee and resort taxes, additional fees may include for the following: early check-in, late-check out, pool heat and pet fees.


  • How do I get my booking confirmation?

    You will be emailed your booking confirmation upon completion of your booking.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is 4:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am.



  • How do I check in to the property?

    Check-in is done through keyless entry. Your code is sent to you via email 2 days before your arrival date.


  • What should I do if I encounter a check-in issue?

    Contact your hosts at 941-254-3100 or directly message us through your guest portal.


  • Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

    Yes, you may request an early check-in or late check-out. Both are subject to availability and additional fees.

  • How do I check out?

    Check-out process is simple. Once you gather your belongings, lock the door on the way out. We also provide any specific instructions for the home in your guidebook. Super easy!

  • What should I do if I have an issue with the property during my stay?

    Contact your hosts immediately via the contact information in your property guidebook.




  • Is there housekeeping during my stay?

    If you are staying for longer than 30 days, we may require you to have additional housekeeping. If your stay is shorter than 30 days and you would like to request housekeeping services, let us know. We can arrange that for you at an additional cost.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    Yes, we love to hear that guests are enjoying themselves and want to stay longer! If the home is available we would be happy to accommodate an extension.



  • What’s the best way to reach you during my stay?

    The best way to reach us is to message us through the guest portal. However, if it is something that requires immediacy, you are also welcome to call us at 941-254-3100.


  • Are extra towels, linens, or toiletries provided?

    Yes. We provide a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap) with extra towels for your stay. We also provide hair-dryers in all of our homes. That means thers is more room in your suitcase for your beach-wear!
